  2. Orders & Payments

    When you place an order, you authorize us to:

    • Prepare your floral arrangement based on your selection
    • Contact you if clarification is needed
    • Process payment through trusted third-party providers

    Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

    If an unexpected issue arises (such as flower unavailability), we will contact you with suitable alternatives.
    Substitutions will only be made with your consent, unless the replacement is equal or higher in value and style.

  3. Delivery & Failed Deliveries

    While we aim for timely delivery, factors such as traffic and weather may occasionally cause delays.

    By placing a delivery order, you acknowledge that:

    • Delivery times are approximate
    • Accurate recipient information is essential
    • If no one is available to receive the flowers, our courier may:
      • Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location
      • Hand them to a building guard or reception
      • Attempt a redelivery (additional charges may apply)

    All actions are taken in the best interest of maintaining flower freshness.

  4. Substitutions

    If specific flowers are unavailable due to seasonality, weather, or quality concerns, we may substitute with similar blooms that preserve the overall color palette and mood of the arrangement.

    We will never downgrade an arrangement.

  5. Cancellations & Refunds

    Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

    • Cancellations are only allowed before preparation begins
    • Once arrangements are in progress or out for delivery, refunds may not be possible
    • If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos and we will resolve the issue
