You can place your order directly on our website for a fast and convenient shopping experience, or contact us through WhatsApp and Instagram for personalised assistance. You’re also welcome to walk into our shop anytime – we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect flower for any occasion.
- Step 1 – Choose your favorite bouquet or item.
- Step 2 – Add it to your cart and include any add-on item if desired.
- Step 3 – Select your shipping option, write your message, and fill in the delivery/pick-up details.
- Step 4 – Complete payment.
You may place your order for any available date. We recommend pacing it 2-3 days in advance to allow us enough time for prepare and arrange.
You can contact us as soon as possible, including your order no and the necessary details for any changes. We’ll try our best to assist with last-minute order changes, but early notification is recommended.

Sure! We love creating customized bouquets! Share your preferred flowers, colours, and styles with us, and we’ll help you customize your bouquet from flower and wrapping to the overall design. For urgent orders, we can advise which flowers are available and what bouquet styles can be arranged.
Delivery
The Green Room Delivery Policy
🚚 Delivery Fee (Bouquets & Gifts)
- 0–5 km: FREE
- 5–10 km: RM15
- 10–20 km: RM25
- Above 20 km: RM1.80 per km (rounded to the nearest km)
Delivery fees are calculated based on the actual distance using our system / Google Maps.
Additional charges may apply for specific time slot or peak hours.
Sure! Same-day delivery is available for the order made before 4pm daily, and also depending on stock and delivery capacity.
If no one is available to receive the order, we will make a call to the recipient or notify the sender which chooses to reschedule the delivery, provide an alternate address, or authorize the delivery that leaves at the guard house, neighbour or safe location with the permission of sender and recipient.
Please note that additional charge may apply for re-deliver.

No. We don’t accept cash on delivery. All orders must be paid in advance though our supported payment methods.
No. We require payment to be completed online before your order can be collected. This ensures that your order is secured and ready when you arrive.
Yes! After payment, an electronic receipt or invoice will be sent to your email.
We understand that there will be some sudden factors, for example, and unable to receive the flowers. For scheduled subscription orders, you can pause or cancel by emailing us at support@thegreenroommy.com. We just need to know two days before your scheduled delivery day.
